Roger Rinderknecht 2nd at the World Championships in Switzerland.

Swiss speed junkie Roger Rinderknecht did it again!
After gathering a silver medal in 2006 and 2008, he also placed 2nd at the last weekends 4X WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in Champery (Switzerland)!
Roger showed an excellent performance during finales, managing not to crash like many other did on this extremely difficult and tricky race track and went straight to the final. The final heat was on and it had a lineup featuring some real 4X giants like Graves, Wichmann and Prokop. After a heavy crash of all 4 riders, Prokop managed to be the fastest back on his bike followed by Roger. At the end Prokop finished first followed by our WERX team rider Roger who underlined a very successful race season also placing 2nd within the overall UCI 4X World Cup ranking.

His WERX team made David Graf had some bad luck during the training runs. After a heavy crash, which did result into a dislocated shoulder, he managed to complete the qualifying run, but according to this very painful injury he was not able to compete during the finals. Nevertheless also David is ending an impressing race season with a 4th place within the overall UCI 4X World Cup ranking.

It has been the most successful 4X race season for SR SUNTOUR so far.
