Simpla was founded in Nysa, Poland, in 1994 as a partnership. Nobody then could have guessed that in the circumstances, our idea can become a success. The main goal at the beginning of our business was trading bicycle accessories. As the industry's development and learning called attention to a very large share of imported bicycle parts from plastics in the domestic market. At the same time, in the same period in Nysa, a number of companies which produce plastics processing companies.

It was a turning point in our business. We could benefit from the experience of friendly companies and qualified staff, we had the necessary technical facilities to run production.
